GRIEF GROUP meets this Wednesday, June 7, at 3:00 p.m., in the office
conference room.

THE VICINAGE COUNCIL for Paul will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. This council is the final step in Paul’s ordination, and our church has invited numerous clergy members from the community to attend. During the vicinage council they will examine Paul’s theology and credentials, and give a final recommendation regarding his fitness for ordination. YOGA meets every Tuesday at 4:00 and Friday, at 10:00, in fellowship hall. The cost for the Tuesday class is $5 because it is instructor led.

AN ALL CHURCH POTLUCK in celebration of the ordination of Paul Ellis Jackson will be held in fellowship hall on Sunday, June 11, at 11:30 a.m.,
immediately after worship. Various boards will provide food. Everyone is
encouraged to stay for the ordination ceremony at 1:00 p.m.

ORDINATION SERVICE for Paul Ellis Jackson will be held in the sanctuary on Sunday, June 11, at 1:00 p.m.

NEEDLE WORKERS meet Tuesday, June 13, at 10:00 am, in fellowship hall. Bring something you are working on or learn a new skill from someone else.

MENS’ LUNCH is Thursday, June 15, at 11:30, at Scotch & Sirloin. The guest speaker is

COMPUTER TECHNICIAN WANTED for UCC staff computers. We are in need of someone who has a strong understanding of desktop operating systems, can solve problems, and perform technical and system diagnostics as needed. Mortuary, 3424 E 21st St N, Wichita, on Saturday, July 22, 2017, at 11:00 a.m.

SUPPORT GAMMON SCHOOL SUPPLY CLOSET— UCC is excited to announce a new outreach project to increase availability of high-demand supplies for classrooms and individual low-income students at Gammon elementary school. During June, we invite you to contribute dollars toward expanding the Gammon School Supply Closet. One of the most socially- and culturally-diverse public schools in Wichita, Gammon is located two miles northwest of UCC. You may leave your check at the Outreach table in Fellowship Hall today or mail a check to the church office anytime this month.
