HOUSE CHURCH CELEBRATION – A celebratory gathering and a potluck supper for House Church participants on Tuesday, February 18, at 6:00pm, at Robin and Eric McGonigle’s home, 2101 E 31st St North.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT ALIVE – is on Wednesday, February 19, at 6:00pm. We are offering a Progressive Bible Study “The Most Dangerous Book in the World”, on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00, from February 5-March 25, in fellowship hall.
MENS’ LUNCH is Thursday, February 20, at 11:30, at Scotch & Sirloin. The guest speaker is Mike Kennedy, the voice of the Shockers. Mike will talk about the current men’s basketball program.
YOGA meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00. in fellowship hall. The class is instructor led and the cost $5.
NEXT WEEK
LARKSFIELD CLASS meets on February 26, at 10:00 a.m., in the club room at Larksfield. Everyone is welcome.

THE HONORABLE RICHARD D. GREENE SPEAKER SERIES – Join us for a community conversation with Leonard Pitts, Jr. at St. Marks United Methodist Church at 1525 N Lorraine St., Wichita, KS. It is on Friday, March 6, 2020 from 6:00-9:00pm. and on Saturday, March 7, from 9:30-11:30am. There is no charge at the door, but there will be a free will offering. Everyone is welcome! Tickets will be handed out by the ushers after worship beginning Sunday, February 16.
PARTNERS FOR WICHITA TRIVIA NIGHT – Come join us for an exciting night of games and a great silent auction! What a fun way to support Partners for Wichita. The Trivia Night fundraiser will be held on Saturday, February 22, at 7:00pm, at First Presbyterian Church, 525 N. Broadway. Doors open at 6:15pm. Sign-up on the PIC board in fellowship hall this Sunday.
FIRST TUESDAY HOMELESS MEALS OUTREACH – has drawn to a close but not before serving four meals to 280 men and women directly and 200 men, women and children indirectly since its inception last November. This monthly outreach during the winter is a win/win project: UCC serves our food to people at the Men’s Winter Overflow Shelter and anything not used finds its way to locations for others in need to enjoy. Nothing is wasted. Your support of the Homeless Meal project helps us define who we are. Looking back on the success of this project, we know that UCC cares for Wichitans in need. Thank you to each and all.
