NEEDLE WORKERS meets Tuesday, April 12 at 10:00. Bring a project you are currently working on or learn something new from someone else.

HONDURAS PROJECT sewing days are April 14 & 28 from 10:00-2:00. All skill levels are welcome.

AMERICANS UNITED for the Separation of Church and State will host a meeting and film showing, “The Lord Is Not On Trial Here Today”, here at UCC on Thursday, April 14, at 7:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend. See flyer on PIC board for additional information.

HEAD-TO-TOE HYGIENE PANTRY is open on Saturday, April 16, from 8:30-11:45 a.m., at 1611 N Mosley. There is no Thursday workday this month due to an overwhelming response from volunteers last month and all work was
completed ahead of time.

ALL BOARDS MEET on Sunday, April 17 at 11:45 a.m.

POSITIVE RESPONSE TO HATE CRIMES—All over the country people are fighting hate, standing up to promote tolerance and inclusion. Barry Grissom, US Attorney for the District of Kansas, will speak about hate crimes and our response to them. A panel discussion will follow. This is free and open to the public, but registration is limited. On Tuesday, April 19, from 9-11a.m., at UCC. Please register at:ifmpositiveresponse2016.eventbrite.com or RSVP to IFM at 264-9303.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT ALIVE TECHNOLOGY CLASSES meets every other Wednesday in April and May at 6:00 p.m.. This Wednesday, April 20, at 6:30, in Fellowship Hall, is the Pinterest & Instagram class. All classes are led by Paul Ellis Jackson and Valerie Horn. (See right for a schedule of classes.)

MEN’S GROUP LUNCHEON is Thursday, April 21, at 11:30a.m. at the Lakeside Club. The speaker is Dane Hurt. Recordings are now available in the church office for $2.00, call 634-0430, or signup on the PIC board.

NURSERY & TODDLER ROOM is available downstairs during the worship service. Baby monitors are provided to those that leave their children in the nursery. To check one out please see the nursery attendant. A multiage Sunday School meets downstairs immediately following “A Time for All Children.” Anna Duxler and Megan Lovely teach the class.

THE PARLOR is available for guests with young children, if you need a space to take a break with your child, the Parlor is located to your left as you exit the Sanctuary. The Parlor is equipped with comfy furniture and speakers so you can hear the service until you are able to return to the Sanctuary.
