A NIGHT TO BE IRISH No blarney here! Come join us for an Irish Cook’s Night Out on Thursday, March 10th. Dinner will feature traditional Irish fare. The evening will include an Irish sing-along, games to test your Irish knowledge, and door prizes. Social time begins at 6:00, and dinner will be served at 6:30. Tickets for the event are $15. You must purchase a ticket in advance to attend.  Ticket sales will begin Sunday, February 14th, and continue through March 6. If you are so inclined, feel free to wear your Irish garb!  Either way – – join us for a night of good old Irish fun!

SPRING FELLOWSHIP DINNERS It’s time to sign up in Fellowship Hall for the Spring Fellowship Dinners. You may sign up this Sunday, February 28, through Sunday, March 6. The dinners are a great way to meet new people and get better acquainted with those you may already know. Thank you to those who volunteered to be hosts. Those who are hosting are welcome to sign up to attend another dinner as well and should sign again on the PIC board as guests. Bon Appetit!

COOKS NIGHT OUT hosts and hostesses needed. We are recruiting for the next three Cook Night Out events. If you would like to volunteer to set up and serve at one or all three dinners please sign up on the PIC board located in Fellowship Hall. We welcome our usual volunteers and would also like to see some new faces. A fun time is had by all!

NEW SERMON SERIES—”Finding Faith After Christianity”. This nine week series, by Rev. Dr. Robin McGonigle, explores faith after the certainty of Christianity. It is based on the book 51% Christian: Finding Faith After Certainty by Mark Stenberg. The first sermon is “Getting Rid of Certainty.” If you enjoyed “The Four Agreements”, you are sure to like this series too.

HEAD-TO-TOE HYGIENE PANTRY workday is this Thursday, February 18, from 9-11am, at 1611 N Mosley. The Pantry is open on Saturday, Feb. 20, from 8:30-11:45 a.m. Did You Know…The Pantry gets a lot of requests for adult absorbent products. They are expensive and we cannot provide them on a regular basis. If you are looking to donate something to the pantry, adult absorbent products would be wonderful.

PFW TRIVIA NIGHT PARTY to benefit Partners for Wichita is this Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016 at First Presbyterian Church, 525 N. Broadway. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., games at 7:00. Tickets are $20 each, tables of 8 are $120, tickets are still available through the website at www.partnersforwichita.org, at the “Donate” tab for “General Donation”, or by phone at 316-263-1389.

COLORING BOOKS for sale in Fellowship Hall today, Sunday 2/7, for $10, to benefit children in Honduras. Barbara McKee will be there to answer any questions you might have. She also has handmade cards for sale that were made by girls in the orphanage at St. Anthony’s Children’s Home. Each card sells for $3,00, and .50 cents from each card sold will go to benefit the
Head-to-Toe Hygiene Pantry.
