OUTREACH PROJECT – for Gammon School Supply Closet contiues. For the second year, our Gammon partnership is focused on increasing availability of high-demand supplies for classrooms, teachers, and individual students from families with economic challenges. Over the next two weeks, we invite you to contribute dollars toward the Gammon School Supply Closet. One of the most socially- and culturally- diverse public schools in Wichita, Gammon is located two miles northwest of UCC. During the past year, supplies purchased by our dollars were used before the year ended, so we’ve targeted our 2018 goal to $5,000! You may leave a check at the Outreach table in fellowship hall or mail it to the church office., 9209 E 29th St. N., 67226.

Last year your donations filled 100 baggies with hygiene items. Look for a box in fellowship hall for your hotel hygiene items.
PLEASE JOIN US on September 28-29 at University Congregational Church for the Richard Greene Lecture Series – Jesus Seminar on the Road: The

How did Jesus and emerging Christ communities express concerns for justice and peace? Looking at the world today, what would they say about American politics?
