IN THE MOOD TICKETS – go on sale today in fellowship hall after worship. Join us for a night of big band music and dancing at the Kansas Aviation Museum. This event is on Friday, October 18, 2019, from 6:30-9: 30 pm., a fundraiser for the mission of our church. Featuring several groups performing the music of Glenn Miller, the Mills Brothers, and the McGuire Sisters, plus complimentary beverages and hor’s d’ oeuvres. Tickets are $100.
FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT WITH PIZZA is this Thursday, August 8, at 6:00 p.m. Movie will be determined by the children during worship. Please sign up on the PIC board if you plan to attend.
YOGA meets every Tuesday at 4:00, Thursday at 6:00, and Friday, at 10:00, in fellowship hall. The cost for the Tuesday and Thursday class is $5 because it is instructor-led.
NEXT WEEK
HEAD-TO-TOE HYGIENE PANTRY workday is this Thursday, August 15, from 9-11am, at 2130 E. 21st St. N. The Pantry is open on Saturday, August 17, from 9:00-11:30 a.m.
FELLOWSHIP DINNERS – It is time to sign up for our Fellowship Dinners which will be held in October & November. This is a wonderful time to connect with old and new members by enjoying dinner at a member’s home. Usually, there are 6 to 10 in attendance at these dinners. Sign-up starts Sunday, August 11th and will continue until the middle of September. Hostesses are always needed so indicate on the sheet if you can host.
