The Children’s Christmas Tableau will take place during today’s service

CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS TABLEAU will be performed todday during the Time for All Children.
THIS WEEK
CHRISTMAS EVE CANDLELIGHT SERVICE is on Thursday,
December 24, at 6:00 pm. Please join us for this beautiful family service with
Christmas Carols, lighting of the advent candles, meditations, and special
music. Offering will go to the Wichita Children’s Home.
OPEN DOOR HOMELESS RESOURCE CTR works closely with the local homeless population to serve lunch to approx. 200 people per day. We have agreed to provide tube socks filled with various snacks and hygiene
products. Please help us reach our goal of 150 filled socks. Visit the table in Fellowship Hall to view a sample sock and pick up additional information about this project. We will also be collecting apples, oranges, and bananas. Items will be distributed Dec. 23. There is a box on the table for donations if you prefer to have us do the shopping for you. This Sunday, December 20 is the last day for donations.
CHURCH OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED on Thursday, December 24, and Friday, December 25, 2015.

CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS must be delivered or postmarked on or before December 31st, in order to claim a charitable contribution deduction in 2015. Checks should be made payable to: University Congregational Church. Be sure to indicate “2015 Contribution”, on the memo line. We also take credit cards now. In addition, wait to file your tax return until after you receive your statement from the church to insure that all of your contributions are tax deductible. If you have questions, please contact Val at 634-0430.
SPECIAL CHRISTMAS CD AVAILABLE Please sign up on the CD form on the PIC board in Fellowship Hall. CD’s are $2.00 each. You may pick-up your CD in the library. There is a box on the desk for you to deposit your cash or check.
ANNUAL MEETING of UCC to be held on Sunday, January 10, 2016,
immediately following the worship service.
THE 2016 FLOWER SCHEDULE is on the PIC board in Fellowship Hall. Dates are filling up fast so sign up early to get your preferred date.
